9. Browser Extension Data Use

WHOLE HOG provides a browser extension that allows authorized dealership users to autofill financing applications on supported third-party lender websites.

The extension does not independently collect customer information. Instead, it temporarily accesses financing application data that has already been entered into the WHOLE HOG platform by authorized users and transfers that information into lender application forms when the user initiates an autofill action.

The extension may access and process the following categories of information solely for the purpose of completing autofill functionality:

  • Personally identifiable information such as customer name, address, phone number, and email
  • Financial application information such as date of birth, employment details, income information, and identification numbers
  • Website content necessary to detect and populate form fields

This information is not permanently stored by the extension and is not sold, shared, or transferred for advertising or profiling purposes.

The extension only operates on supported lender domains and only performs actions after explicit user interaction.

WHOLE HOG uses secure HTTPS communication when retrieving application data from its platform.
